Area Real Estate Associations Announce New MLS

The Vallarta-Nayarit-Compostela chapters of AMPI (Asociacion Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiiarios) announced the launch of their new regional MLS (multiple listing service).
The three regional chapters have been working to provide the system to their members and the general public for more than a year. The public web site offers not only information about the association and the services they provide, but provides the ability to search the extensive property listing database, as well as search for an association professional to assist with the purchase or sale of area real estate.
Some of the exciting features offered to real estate professionals by the new AMPI MLS are the ability to establish “Portals” for buyers so that they automatically receive the most recent property listings, as well as comprehensive statistics and graphs.
