I have noticed several for sale advertisement in this building at 117 Paseo de Almejas starting from $350,000, for the penthouse apartment to $199,000 for a two bedroom apartment then $179,000 for a one-bedroom apartment. Is it possible that it is belong to the same order? Is that mean the whole building is for sale? Or it is more apartments to the building? The total asking price for the three apartments adds up to $728,000 in your opinion would a 20% reduction in the asking price, that is $ 583,000 be a fair offer for the building?

Hi Ervin,
The prices are for the individual units. There are 16 units in the building. I am familiar with the development and the view and condition of the units vary greatly from condo to condo. Are you particularly interested in an apartment/condo building. There are several on the market. I would be happy to send you information on what I have. Please let me know. Thank you.
