Display what you want and not be afraid to go for it! Shoot for the stars, the worst that can happen is that you land on the moon.
II. Courage – Have fear and defeat it.
Courage is not the absence of fear, itis what you do in spite of it. Successful people do what unsuccessful people don’t do, despite all the obstacles.
III. Discipline – Create a system of self-imposed rules.
Routine, focus and hard work create a path to success. Success has never sown the seeds of mediocrity.
IV. Work ethic – Live by a system of principles.
Be honest, fair and trustworthy. Ordinary real estate agents make sales; real estate professionals develop successful relationships.
V. Perseverance – Continue when everyone else has surrendered.
The path of least resistance often produces less success.
VI. Ability – have the talent and vision to use it wisely.
Be competent – know your material. Have confidence in yourself – so others rely on what you tell them. Be natural – so that others believe in you.
VII. Attitude – be aware of self-fulfilling prophecies.
